Quality Assurance Testing of Artificial Turf
Our products are of the highest standards and we ensure the highest level of quality assurance. All of our products are thoroughly tested and only those which meet or exceed acceptable levels in each category (EPA Standards for Lead Levels, GMax Requirements, Permeability, Mechanical Abrasion (Wear-ability) Testing, Dimensional Stability, etc) are incorporated into our final system designs. Synthetic Turf Installation Issues
Installation issues are the key to longevity and durability of your installed system. The key component of our vertical to horizontal evacuated drainage systems is in the development of a stable base design. For the hybrid infiltrated systems which we install it is both the stability of the base and its ability to infitrate water while maintaing that stability. How the drainage and shock absorption blanket is installed and how the synthetic field turf which covers the drainage blanket is installed also contributes heavily to the long term viability of the field.
